omg!igotasewingmachine!

and that explains how my morning has gone since like 7am.. lol im such a dork (: I've "recycled" about 3 old tshirts, and I have about 4 more to do somethign with, and 2 pairs of jeans to alter, and an old yellow dress that I cannot get rid of even though it is huge.

to first off answer some questions:
When I go on liquid fasts I pretty much drink whatever I want but I keep it 500 calories or less. I usually stick with soymilk, v8 juice, and soup/broth but like not chunky soups with stuff in them more of the lquid kinds. Like the v8 tomatoe juice stuff I usually heat that up in the microwave lol cuz it's better that way. And I drink as much water as possible. I'm going to try this time to limit my caffeine to 1-2 cups of coffee per day and 1-2 cups of tea. Also this time I have realized that ice is my new God, because 1/2 of a 12 ounce bottle of v8 Fusion (75 calories) blended in a blender with ice is more filling, and less calories than just drinking all 12 ounces. And later I'm going to try that with soymilk and zero-calorie chocolate syrup. And then I'm probably going to have soup for dinner with some hot green tea. And I have not had my coffee this morning :o I know, I know, it's so weird for me, but I'm trying hard not to be come truly addicted just yet.
Today I feel like reflecting. Yes, I remember when I got to 160, and it was the best day of my life so far. And I have lost weight since then. And I feel like being even more motivational, and since it's Monday, I'm doing measurements again :D Yay!
I'm fucking ecstatic. So happy that I'm speechless.
I think I'm going to say that this morning I'm back down to 154, and leave this post at that :]

  6. I want to try sewing now. I want to try a lot of things though.
I really want to try that liquid fast, too. I just have to be careful because of migraines, but it seems like it would work out pretty well, if I did it right.
GOD you've lost so many inches! I weigh less than you but my thighs are bigger o.o Shows what difference height makes. I'm super freaking jealous. You're going to be so gorgeous when you get to the weight you want!!

  7. hey heather,

just wanted to respond to your comments and questions on my blog cuz i know how frustrating it can be to have a head of hair that is driving you insane crazy!!!

letsee here... i use a heavy duty moisturizing conditioner in the shower and leave it on for like, 5 minutes while i'm brushing my teeth. that helps a lot - if you've had your hair processed blonde - basically anything with peroxide/bleach, lightening agent, etc... - the best products to use are the ones specially formulated for chemically treated and/or blonde hair. the salon brand k-pax is AWESOME!!! it costs a little bit of money, but it's SO worth it...
so, yeah. conditioner, leave it in for a good 5 minutes or so, then i do a last rinse in ice cold water - that seals off the hair cuticle so it's closed and not frizzy.
towel dry, and then when it's still damp i spritz it with an anti-frizz spray or use an anti-frizz serum - and then i finish off the drying process with a blow-dryer on med heat - ceramic ionic - and it's smooth and silky :)

something to keep in mind though - my hair is pretty easy to tame. it's super straight and not naturally frizzy at all, so i can pretty much let it air dry and that basically works for me too.
just go heavy on the moisturizer, use a product specifically for your hair color, and don't use too much heat on it. any old de-frizzing serum or spray will work.

hope that helps! sorry such a long reply! omg!

thanks for the support! i know size 8 isn't even anywhere close to where i want to be, but it's a start! i'm out of the double digits - finally!!! yay!
