plan for today

b- egg, oatmeal, plum (140)

l- celery, carrots (65)

dinner- black bean soup (165)

total= 370

i would fast but i already had breakfast so... keeping it 500 or less all week. except ym birthday, when i will consume massive amounts of alcohol >:D
