tomorrow:30 min. weights (~250) + hour of cardio first thing in the am (~700 cal)
b- fruit, protein shake
l- lettuce, tomato, protein shake
d- steamed veggies, protein shake
30 min. cardio before bed (~350)
repeat for three days.
