after-binge plan:

today: hour of cardio before bed (~700 cal).
tomorrow:

30 min. weights (~250) + hour of cardio first thing in the am (~700 cal)

b- fruit, protein shake

l- lettuce, tomato, protein shake

d- steamed veggies, protein shake

30 min. cardio before bed (~350)

repeat for three days.

    Also: I need to vacuum before I can do calisthenics. My floor is covered in exploded pompom bits. Ick.
