No no!! Think good thoughts!! That's what happened to me after three months of awesome dieting.. I had one good meal and they just kept coming, and before I knew it, I gained back everything I'd lost in a month. You're doing so good! Just keep looking at your new svelte body in the mirror and I know you can be stronger! As long as you keep up with the exercise, don't let this bring you down.
