abc day 4

mixed veggies- 100
veggie burger- 70
slice of bread- 45
peanut butter- 100
protein water- 50
total- 365

omg it is so difficult for me to not to binge right now aaaaaaaa i want it so bad
must exercise must exercise must exercise

  1. Doing tummy crunches is always good. Kills your appetite. Also, its a good idea to cut up a bunch of fruit and put it in plastic containers in your fridge so you can pop a piece in your mouth everytime you feel like you GOTTA eat.

    Or, just learn to love the feeling of an empty belly. :)

    You don't need energy, you're strong enough on your own whether you know it or not. But nonetheless I'm sending it your way. <3

    Stay busy! If you aren't thinking about food you won't want to binge. I know! Go pick up a kitten from the shelter. That'll keep you busy. :)

  3. Well done! you are sooooo inspirational ive tried to start the abc diet twice already but as soon as I get a twinge of wanting to eat something I give in :'( you are so inspiring to me I think next time I'll really try to keep on the straight and narrow.

    Does keeping track of everything really help you then??
